Each RUA CARLOTA item is handmade, therefore we recommend handwashing or specialist cleaning only depending on the fabric composition.

All items are shipped from London, United Kingdom.

Due to the value of our items, we only ship via tracked services. A tracking number will be provided for your order. We aim to ship items within 2 working days, but during busy periods, it may take up to 10 working days for your item to be shipped.

Standard: £5 or FREE over £200 order

Express: £8

EUROPE:

Standard: £15 or FREE over £200 order

Express: £25

USA:

Please note: if you order items for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when your package reaches the destination country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Rua Carlota does not have any control over, nor do we take any responsibility for, these charges. We will not pay them on your behalf.

We don't accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges on SALE items, MADE-TO-ORDER items, Gift Cards or on orders that have been returned to us due to unpaid import fees.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us at hello@ruacarlota.com within 14 days of receipt of goods explaining the reason for the return. Your return must be shipped back to us within those 14 days to be valid.

If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
