Please note: if you order items for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when your package reaches the destination country. We will not pay them on your behalf.

We don't accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges on SALE items, MADE-TO-ORDER items, Gift Cards or on orders that have been returned to us due to unpaid import fees.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us at hello@ruacarlota.com within 14 days of receipt of goods explaining the reason for the return. Your return must be shipped back to us within those 14 days to be valid.

If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
